So…let’s talk about this COVID-19 outbreak. I feel like a lot of it is the media making people panic. No one needs to panic this much and buy stores out of toilet paper. It’s a respiratory illness not explosive diarrhea. I feel that maybe this virus was even around before it became known to the public. We have all either have had it or will get it. The most people in danger are the elderly and people with underlying health conditions.
I read a post on Facebook the other day, it said something on the lines about how people with anxiety are pretty chill about this situation because we always worry about things that would never happen – so we are prepared. Whereas people without anxiety are going nuts. I felt this. I have severe anxiety and I am quite chill about this situation. It’ll all blow over, hopefully, soon and the doctors will have it under control. But for now, don’t hoard the TP, don’t take away baby wipes from mother’s who NEED them, and for God’s sake don’t take the formula. Also, be considerate with food – other people need food too. You all will be fine, if anything we’ll die from starvation because of idiots who take it away from us.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
